The Role
Due to continued growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Business Developer based in our brand new office Altrincham.  It’s exciting times for us here at idibu and we’re looking for someone to grow and develop as we do.

The Culture
The idibu team works across many countries, so we’re a diverse bunch! We’ve got 17 people across various roles and we have a very ‘hands on’ approach, so there’s plenty of scope to make a real difference. Teamwork is really important to us, so we have lots of ways of keeping in touch and meet every year at our head office in sunny Barcelona.  All our team have been in place for many years and everyone of us has been referred by someone who already works here.  So once you join we’re committed to help you develop through ongoing training and support.

We’re also passionate about helping recruitment teams find the right people  (the way we have!), So our values are to build great relationships , provide a fantastic service, develop cutting edge products and of course whilst working hard not forget to enjoy life along the way. Our approach is to nurture and develop relationships with customers so we’re definitely not a boiler room sales business.   

Responsibilities
As a key member of a small, dynamic sales team you will have a consultative sales style, always doing your utmost to gain a thorough analysis of what the client needs in order to deliver the right solution.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • You’ll be working from warm leads so no need to start from scratch
  • Work to KPIs
  • Establish & maintain relationships across existing and prospect clients
  • Manage renewal process of your portfolio of accounts
  • Perform online and face to face software demos to prospects
  • Assist our on-boarding team for trials and new accounts
  • Handling customer enquiries by phone & email between 09:00 – 17:30 GMT
  • General administration duties

 

The Person
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and should have a provable track record in exceeding KPIs and smashing targets  We’re looking for a real interest, and ideally experience of using new technology.

It’s a really varied role so will suit someone who loves working in a fast paced, evolving environment and has exceptional communication skills.  We don’t stand still as a business so we’re also looking for someone keen to develop and grow as we do.  To illustrate that, there will be lots of scope to move into an Account Management type position if that’s the longer term direction you would like to take.
