Due to continued growth we are looking for a customer focused Client Support Specialist based in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading software business and contribute to the ambitious growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
Working as a key member of the support team you will be responsible for:

  • First line helpdesk support by telephone and email to customers
  • Prioritising & managing tickets and workload in line with SLA guidelines
  • Proactively following up on issues
  • Troubleshooting technical questions, concerns & issues
  • Allocating tickets to correct second line support team
  • Providing training and advice
  • Supporting customers with general housekeeping duties such as adding users, connecting social networks etc

The Person
This is a software support role so you will need to have a technical aptitude and logical thinking. Previous experience in the recruitment/software industry or both is an advantage.

As you would imagine it’s a busy department so the ideal person will enjoy working to tight deadlines, juggling tasks and problem solving. We don’t stand still as a business so we’re also looking for someone keen to develop and grow as we do – whether that’s more towards Account Management/Service delivery or 2nd line support is up to you.
