The Access Group had a very manual and time consuming process for job posting and applicant tracking. Human error and lack of time to devote to manual admin tasks were compounding the issues.

Access wanted to automate the handling of candidates and therefore required a job multiposting platform that had a seamless integration with their chosen CRM.

They also wanted to ensure that their CRM was kept clean and relevant with quality candidate data. It was crucial to that their Talent Acquisition team could devote their time to building relationships and less time on sifting through CVs and paper records.
