With the new combined solution, the user can now parse a job specification directly into their existing CRM recruitment database and then choose to either search against this vacancy or distribute this vacancy to job boards. When applications start arriving in response to the advertisement, Daxtra automatically creates and updates candidate records on the client’s CRM system and tracks them against the vacancy it advertised. It does this whilst recording management reporting information on ownership and source and enabling valuable reporting on true ROI for your job board advertising.
