Generally things are very good at idibu. But the 6th of April was even better. That was the day we hosted the Greg Savage masterclass to around 75 recruiters in London. Fantastic content, an engaged audience, buzzing social media, excellent location – it was a real blast and a real success.

For me, it showed that we are on the absolutely on the right track. This time last year idibu evolved from a traditional multi-posting platform to a recruitment marketing platform that offers a candidate engagement suite, ranked search, additional sourcing channels and deeper analytics.
We built it with the demands of the connected job seeker in mind & applied the same principles of design and UX to the user interface that a recruiter expects from using his/her phone. We launched it, as we believe that recruitment is evolving quickly and needs to engage in numerous ways. So far, recruiters love the new platform.
Nevertheless, every new product faces its challenges. Listening to Greg in London has emboldened us to push even faster and harder down our chosen path and to deliver a service that both job seekers and recruiters want and need.
