eeger is an Australian, industry-led careers platform dedicated exclusively to the Tourism, Hospitality and Travel sectors. More than a traditional job board, it combines job listings with training opportunities, career guidance, employer branding, AI-powered candidate matching (AirCV), and workforce development resources to help employers attract and retain talent while supporting job seekers throughout their careers. The platform is free for employers to post vacancies, operates nationally across Australia, and was launched with support from the Australian Government and industry partners to address workforce shortages in the visitor economy.
