OLASS Jobs is the first job board of its kind, specialising solely in recruitment for the Offender Learning sector. Our main goal is to match great candidates with exciting roles within Offender Learning.

We have supported clients with advertising their vacancies for a number of prison Education Departments throughout England and recognise and understand the difficulties employers in this sector can encounter.

We are also committed to promoting the option of a career in Offender Learning as a viable alternative to working in a mainstream educational setting and have worked with multiple prisons on projects around improving Employer Branding.
